Stuffed Paprika



I like the colour of Paprica, they are so pop and vibrant.
It's not a complicate dish but certainly make me feel good when they get out from an oven with sizzling oil with inviting smells.

Meat Stuff: mix them well
Beef / Lamb mince
Onion (chopped finely)
Cumin (powder)
Paprika powder
Parsley (chopped)
Egg
Sea salt

Paprika
Cut them in half, flour inside (as a glue), then stuff.

240 Oven for about 20 min


*Put salt quite generously so that the juice from paprika will make a balance well.
