Cinnamon & Cardamon Buns

To be honest, I've never succeeded in baking cinnamon buns. 
They are dry and hard, never be so elastic like commercial Cinnamon Rolls. 
I came to challenge it again with unwanted unbleached strong flour, sprinkled with pumpkin seeds.
No Butter / No Milk / No Egg
